Technocracy AGI is a Canadian initiative dedicated to ensuring that artificial general intelligence remains accountable to people, principles, and the public interest.
As capability accelerates, the institutions that govern it must keep pace. We develop frameworks, research, and practical guidance so that boundaries, principles, purpose, and democratic legitimacy are built into the trajectory of AGI—not bolted on after the fact.
We work in collaboration with Ilya Sutskever, founder of Safe Superintelligence Inc., and with partners across research, policy, and civil society. Our focus is the narrow window in which governance choices still shape the post-AGI world.
